I created Continuum because I needed one place to bring together the things I need to do, the goals I’m working toward, and the habits I want to track.
In practice, Continuum lets you save tasks for later, choose what to work on now, and keep track of what you’ve completed. Goals can take the form of measurable progress, milestones to reach, a habit to repeat, or simply something to get done. Custom trackers also let you record, day by day, the behaviors you want to build or avoid.
Continuum also brings your AI agents into a dedicated space where you can see their roles, connections, ongoing tasks, and results. The Smart Inbox gathers important items from your agent’s data sources to give you an overview: potential tasks, follow-ups, messages to read, and information to keep in mind. The sources depend on what’s connected to your agent: Gmail and Slack, for example, or other tools depending on your setup. You can review the suggestions, turn them into tasks, or dismiss them, moving from information to action while staying in control.
The idea is to connect everyday actions with what matters over time. Whether you’re working on a project, building a routine, or simply trying to see where you stand, Continuum brings those reference points into one space to help you decide what comes next.
